Helpdesk Customer Support Agent

Whip, Inc. is hiring a Remote Helpdesk Customer Support Agent to provide technical assistance to our growing user base. Based in Mexico City, this role involves troubleshooting issues, responding to support tickets, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex problems.

Ideal candidates are junior professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Familiarity with helpdesk software and a basic understanding of IT infrastructure are preferred. This is a 100% remote position for candidates living in Mexico City.
