Customer Onboarding Specialist

BSALE is hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist for our Talent Pool to support our growing user base in Latin America. The primary mission of this role is to ensure new customers have a seamless and successful start with our platform.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through the initial setup, providing technical training, and ensuring they understand how to derive maximum value from our services. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates across Latin America. The compensation for this role is $900 per month.
