Customer Operations Analyst

MoonPay is seeking a Junior Customer Operations Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This remote position is open to candidates based in Mexico who are passionate about the intersection of cryptocurrency and finance. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day customer operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a background in customer support or operations, particularly within the Fintech or Web3 space. Familiarity with crypto protocols and a data-driven mindset are highly desirable. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
